New Spring Fellowship

About Me

Yukai Jin is currently a second-year Ph.D. student at the Urban Environmental Science Lab of Hiroshima University and a New Spring Research Fellow. His research focuses on urban climate change. Before joining Hiroshima University, he earned a master’s degree in engineering from Guangdong University of Technology. At Hiroshima University, he has published several papers, including one highly cited paper. In the past three months, he participated in collaborative research on urban climate modeling as a visiting scholar at Yale University. His awards include the HU Spring Award, SmaSo-X Scholarship, and SmaSo-X Challenge Research Grant.
